Senator Shirley Turner and Senator Ronald Rice, Primary Co-Sponsors, introduced S-1608 into the 212th Legislative Session and Assemblyman Christopher Bateman has introduced A-474). Both bills favor homeowners rights. All other bills from Legislative Session 211 are now dead because the session ended without hearings during the last legislative session.
